Possible Causes
Power interruptions during programming, Electrical surges, Failing EEPROM or memory chip on control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before performing any internal inspections.
- Factory reset: Use the Harris pump keypad to perform a factory reset of all speed and schedule settings (refer to the user manual for the exact key sequence).
- Reprogram speeds: After reset, re-enter desired speed settings and schedules. Avoid interrupting power during programming.
- Install surge protection: Add a surge protector to the pump circuit to reduce future memory corruption from spikes.
If E15 returns after a reset, the control PCB memory is likely failing and the control module should be replaced.
