Safety: Only inspect electrical connections if you are qualified and local regulations permit. Otherwise, call an electrician.

• Check dedicated circuit: Ensure the Hurlcon pump is on a dedicated circuit and not sharing with high-load appliances.
• Inspect plug and outlet: For plug-in models, unplug and inspect the plug for heat damage or discoloration. Try a different outlet if possible.
• Avoid extension leads: Do not run the pump through long, thin extension cords; they cause voltage drop and can trigger F6.
• Terminal check (licensed person only): Remove the motor terminal cover and verify all screws on active, neutral, and earth are tight and free of corrosion.

Persistent F6 indicates a supply or internal motor issue. Have an electrician measure voltage under load and test the Hurlcon motor windings.
