Pump timer or controller does not start the pump at scheduled times, but pump runs in manual mode.

Safety: Low-voltage programming is generally safe, but do not open live enclosures.

• Verify time and date: Set the correct time on the Hurlcon controller.
• Check programs: Review start/stop times and ensure they are enabled and not overlapping incorrectly.
• Factory reset: If available, perform a factory reset and reprogram schedules.

If the pump still only runs in manual, the timer relay or clock circuit may be faulty and the controller may need replacement.
