How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the pump before opening the control panel housing.
- Dry the panel: If the panel has been exposed to rain or splashing, wipe it dry and allow it to air dry thoroughly.
- Inspect for cracks: Look for cracks or lifted edges on the keypad that could allow water in. If present, the keypad is compromised.
- Open and inspect: If allowed by the manual, open the control panel and check the ribbon cable connection between the keypad and PCB. Reseat the connector.
- Replace control panel: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the entire control panel assembly.
