• Inspect suction path: Check all connections from the pool suction fitting to the pump inlet for drips or air bubbles when running.
• Replace O-rings and gaskets: Install new pump lid O-ring and hose gaskets if any are worn.
• Replace cracked hoses: Any hose with visible cracks or flattening should be replaced with a new Intex hose.
• Re-prime correctly: Fill the pump and hoses with water before starting, and bleed air from the filter housing.
