Water is leaking from hose connections at the pool wall or pump ports.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the pump before loosening any hoses.

• Tighten connections: Hand-tighten the threaded hose nuts at the pool wall and pump ports. Do not use tools that may crack the plastic.
• Inspect gaskets: Remove the hose and check the flat or O-ring gasket inside the nut. Replace with new Intex hose gaskets if flattened or cracked.
• Check hoses and fittings: Look for cracks in the hose ends or fittings. Replace damaged Intex hoses or hose nuts.
• Re-seat hoses: Reinstall hoses straight and avoid cross-threading the nuts.
