How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This is a control setting issue; no electrical work is required. Do not open electrical compartments.
- Unlock keypad:
- Refer to the Jandy pump manual; typically, press and hold specific buttons (e.g., UP and DOWN arrows together) for several seconds to toggle keypad lock.
- Check for external control:
- If connected to AquaLink, the pump may be in remote control mode.
- Use the AquaLink interface (wall panel or app) to start/stop and adjust speeds, or switch the pump to local mode per the manual.
- Restore factory defaults (if needed):
- If settings are corrupted, use the menu to perform a factory reset, then reprogram schedules and speeds.
