Pump housing or lid area sprays or drips water from the clear lid.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening the pump lid.

• Inspect lid and O-ring:
  • Remove the lid and examine the O-ring for cracks, flat spots, or cuts.
  • Clean the O-ring groove and lid sealing surface.
• Lubricate or replace O-ring:
  • Apply silicone-based pool lube to the O-ring.
  • If damaged, replace with a genuine Jandy lid O-ring.
• Check lid for cracks:
  • Inspect the clear lid for hairline cracks; replace if any are found.
• Reinstall correctly:
  • Seat the lid evenly and tighten the locking ring hand-tight only; do not use tools.
