Safety first: Turn off power before adjusting plumbing supports or valves.

• Reduce speed (VS pumps):
  • Lower RPM until vibration decreases while maintaining adequate flow.
• Open valves fully:
  • Ensure suction and return Jandy valves are fully open to reduce restriction.
• Secure plumbing:
  • Add supports or straps to long runs of PVC to reduce flexing.
• Eliminate air leaks:
  • Address any suction-side air leaks at lid or unions.
• If vibration continues: Have a technician verify pump sizing and check for impeller damage or misalignment.
