Possible Causes

Debris lodged in Kripsol impeller, Collapsed suction hose or blocked suction line, Foreign object in pump volute, Partially closed valve on discharge side causing abnormal load

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Isolate power and close valves before disassembling the pump.

  • Clean pump basket: Remove the Kripsol pump lid and strainer basket. Clean out all debris and rinse the basket thoroughly.
  • Inspect impeller: If E11 persists, remove the pump housing screws and separate the wet end from the motor. Inspect the impeller vanes for stones, twigs, or plastic that may be jammed. Remove debris carefully without damaging the impeller.
  • Check suction line: Backflush or snake the suction line if you suspect a blockage. Ensure flexible hoses are not kinked or collapsed.
  • Valve positions: Confirm that discharge valves are not partially closed in a way that causes unstable operation. Adjust to recommended positions.

Reassemble the pump with the Kripsol housing gasket properly seated. If E11 still appears, the motor may be weak or the controller misreading load, requiring professional diagnosis.
