Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control cover.

• Power reset: Turn off the breaker for a few minutes, then restore power to clear any firmware lockup.
• Inspect keypad overlay: Check for cracks, bubbling, or signs of water under the keypad. If present, the keypad module should be replaced.
• Reseat cable: Reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the controller PCB, ensuring it is fully inserted and locked.
• Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the Kripsol keypad/display module with the correct part for your model.
