Pump cannot be primed after winterization; it just sucks air and never fills.

Safety first: Ensure all valves are set correctly before starting the pump.

• Install drain plugs: Verify that all Kripsol pump drain plugs are installed with gaskets and tightened.
• Remove winter plugs: Take out any plugs from skimmers, returns, and other fittings in the pool.
• Set valves correctly: Set the sand filter multiport valve to FILTER and open all necessary suction and return valves.
• Prime thoroughly: Fill the pump housing completely with water, then start the pump. It may take several minutes to purge all air.
