Water drips or sprays from around the clear pump lid when the pump is running.

Safety first: Turn off the pump before removing the lid.

• Clean sealing surfaces: Remove the lid and O-ring. Clean the groove and lid mating surface with a damp cloth to remove sand and debris.
• Inspect O-ring: Check the Kripsol lid O-ring for cracks, flat spots, or cuts. Replace if damaged or hardened.
• Lubricate and reinstall: Apply a thin film of silicone-based lubricant to the O-ring and reinstall it in the groove. Fit the lid and tighten by hand evenly; do not overtighten.
• Check for warping: If leaks persist and the O-ring is new, the lid may be warped. Replace the Kripsol pump lid with the correct model-specific part.
