How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Inspect keypad: Check the Onga keypad for cracks, faded buttons, or signs of water inside the display window.
- Check ribbon cable: Open the control housing and ensure the keypad ribbon cable is fully seated in the PCB connector. Reseat if loose.
- Dry moisture: If condensation is present, gently dry the area and allow the panel to air dry before reassembly. Improve enclosure sealing if rain is entering.
- Test operation: Restore power and test buttons. If unresponsive and E10 remains, the keypad or main PCB likely needs replacement.
Because this involves low-voltage electronics, replacement of the keypad or control board is best handled by an authorized Onga service center.
