Possible Causes

Safety: Isolate power before inspection.

Check wet end: Remove the pump housing cover and inspect the impeller and diffuser for loose pieces or foreign objects. Remove debris and replace broken parts.
Inspect motor fan: At the rear of the Onga motor, check the plastic fan for broken blades rubbing on the shroud. Replace the fan if damaged.
