Possible Causes
Faulty Pahlén control PCB, Loose low-voltage harness, Corroded connectors in control housing, Surge damage from lightning or power spike
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before opening the control housing.
- Open control enclosure: Remove the cover of the Pahlén pump controller or integrated drive according to the manual.
- Check connectors: Gently press on all ribbon cables and plug-in connectors to ensure they are fully seated. Look for corrosion or moisture inside the housing.
- Dry and clean: If condensation or water ingress is present, carefully dry the board with a clean, lint-free cloth and allow the enclosure to air dry completely. Identify and correct the source of moisture (damaged gasket, missing cover screws).
- Power cycle: Reassemble the housing, restore power, and see if E07 clears after a full power cycle.
If E07 remains, the control PCB is likely defective and should be replaced with an original Pahlén board by a qualified technician.
