How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before opening the drive enclosure.
- 1. Power cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for a few minutes, then ON, to see if the display recovers.
- 2. Shade and inspect: Check the display in shade to confirm if characters are faintly visible. If the pump runs but the display is unreadable, the LCD/backlight is likely failed.
- 3. Operate via external control (temporary): If connected to automation, you may be able to control the pump externally until the display is repaired.
- 4. Replace keypad/drive: The display is integrated with the keypad/drive assembly on most SuperFlo VS models; replacement of that assembly is required to restore full function.
