Pump vibrates excessively and may move on the pad during operation.

Safety first: Turn off power before adjusting the pump or base.

• 1. Check mounting: Ensure the SuperFlo pump is securely bolted to a solid, level pad. Tighten mounting bolts if loose.
• 2. Inspect pad condition: If the pad is cracked or unstable, consider replacing or reinforcing it.
• 3. Eliminate air and surging: Resolve any priming or air leak issues that can cause intermittent flow and vibration.
• 4. Inspect impeller: If vibration persists, remove the motor assembly and inspect the impeller for damage or missing pieces that could cause imbalance. Replace if necessary.
