Programming / Timer Configuration Issue

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use dry hands when operating the keypad. No need to open electrical compartments for programming.
- 1. Verify clock settings: Check the time and date on the SuperFlo VS display. Correct any errors, including AM/PM.
- 2. Review all schedules: Go through each programmed speed and schedule. Remove duplicates and overlapping run times that can cause unexpected behavior.
- 3. Check external control: If the pump is controlled by an external automation system, ensure the automation is configured correctly and not fighting the pump’s internal schedule. In many setups, you should use either automation control or internal scheduling, not both.
- 4. Factory reset: If behavior remains erratic, perform a factory reset of the pump’s programming and re-enter only essential schedules.
