Step 1 – Inspect keypad overlay: Look for cracks or splits that may allow water in. If present, replacement is recommended.
Step 2 – Reseat connector: Remove the keypad and reseat the ribbon cable or connector to the drive board.
Step 3 – Dry moisture: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and correct any gasket issues.
Step 4 – Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the keypad assembly with a Pentair OEM part.
