How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the sensor or control board.
- Inspect outlet sensor: Find the outlet water temperature sensor on the Raypak manifold. Confirm it is fully inserted and secured.
- Check harness: Follow the harness back to the control board, looking for pinched or cut wires. Reseat the connector.
- Test sensor: Use a multimeter to measure resistance and compare to the Raypak chart. Replace if out of spec.
- Replace sensor: Remove the faulty sensor, install a new Raypak outlet sensor, and verify no leaks before powering up.
