Raypak heat pump or pump/heat combo is excessively vibrating and noisy during operation.

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening any fasteners or working near moving parts.

• Level the unit: Check that the Raypak unit is installed on a solid, level pad. Shim or re‑level as needed.
• Tighten fasteners: Inspect all mounting bolts for the pump, motor, and fan assembly. Tighten any loose hardware.
• Inspect fan blade: Look for bent blades or missing balance weights. Replace the fan blade if damaged.
• Add vibration pads: Install rubber isolation pads under the unit base to reduce transmitted vibration.
