How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power and wait several minutes for capacitors in the controller to discharge.

  • Check connectors: Gently reseat all plug-in connectors between the display board, main PCB, and low-voltage harnesses. Ensure they are fully latched.
  • Dry moisture: If moisture is present, dry the interior with a clean cloth and allow the unit to air-dry thoroughly. Identify and correct any leaks or missing gaskets.
  • Verify grounding: Confirm the earth/ground conductor is securely connected to the controller and motor frame.
