Pump runs but there is a constant small drip from the drain plug at the bottom of the housing.

Safety First: Unplug the pump and close valves before removing the drain plug.

• Tighten plug: Gently tighten the drain plug by hand, then a small additional turn with a suitable tool. Do not overtighten.
• Inspect O-ring: Remove the plug and check the O-ring for cracks or flattening. Replace if worn.
• Check threads: Inspect the plug and housing threads for damage. Replace the plug if cracked.
• Reinstall and test: Refill the pump housing, restart, and check for leaks.
