How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before removing the controller cover.

  • Manual operation test: Attempt to run the pump in manual mode at a fixed speed. If manual works but schedules do not, the RTC is suspect.
  • Reset date/time: Re-enter the current date and time in the controller menu and reprogram schedules.
  • Check for backup battery: If the U.S. Motors board has a coin-cell battery, replace it with the same type, observing polarity.
