Waterway pool pump has very weak flow and the pressure gauge on the filter is low.

Safety: Turn off the pump before opening any baskets or valves.

• Clean baskets: Remove and clean the Waterway pump basket and all skimmer baskets. Ensure no debris remains at the suction ports.
• Check valves: Verify that all suction valves (skimmer, main drain, vacuum line) are fully open and handles are not broken internally.
• Inspect suction line: If one suction line is suspected clogged, close others and use a drain king or plumbing snake from the pump side to clear the line.
• Reprime and test: Refill the pump pot with water, reinstall the lid, and restart the pump. Monitor filter pressure and flow. If low pressure persists, there may be an internal pump issue such as a worn impeller.
