• Check return valves: Ensure all return line valves are fully open and handles are intact.
• Inspect return fittings: Look for blocked eyeball fittings or debris lodged in return lines. Remove fittings and flush lines if needed.
• Verify impeller sizing: If high pressure is chronic, confirm the installed Waterway impeller matches the pump model and plumbing design. An oversized impeller may need to be replaced with the correct size.
