Pump is leaking water from the drain plug(s) at the bottom of the pump housing.

Safety: Turn off power and close valves or plug lines to prevent water flow.

• Tighten plugs: Gently tighten the Zodiac pump drain plugs with a suitable tool. Do not overtighten.
• Inspect O-rings: Remove the plugs and check the small O-rings. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
• Use thread sealant if specified: Some models may use Teflon tape in addition to O-rings; follow Zodiac's manual.
• Check for cracks: Inspect the pump housing around the drain ports for cracks. If cracked, the housing may need replacement.

After reassembly, run the pump and verify that the leak has stopped.
