Check automation commands: If connected to Zodiac automation, verify that no conflicting schedules or features are changing speed.
Inspect sensor wiring: Ensure flow or pressure sensor cables are secure and not damaged.
Secure power connections: Tighten line and neutral connections at the pump and panel to reduce electrical noise.
Factory reset: If allowed by the model, perform a factory reset of the pump controller and reprogram speeds.

If fluctuations persist, the control board may be failing and require replacement.

Pump speed fluctuates up and down on its own without changes to settings.
