Electric oven on AGA range will not heat, fan may run but no warmth

• Test different functions: Try fan oven, conventional oven, and grill separately. If only one function fails, its specific element is likely faulty.
• Visual inspection: Look at the fan element (usually at the rear of the cavity) for breaks, blisters, or burn marks. Check the grill element for sagging or visible damage.
• Continuity test: With the rear panel removed and wires disconnected from the suspect element, measure resistance. An open circuit indicates a failed element.
• Check wiring and terminals: Ensure element terminals are tight and not burnt. Replace any overheated connectors with high-temperature spares.
