Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.

• Clean keypad surface: Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not spray cleaner directly on the panel.
• Check for stuck keys: Press each key individually to feel for sticking.
• Inspect and reseat ribbon: Remove console cover, reseat the keypad ribbon, and inspect for damage.
• Replace keypad: If the issue persists, replace the control panel/touchpad assembly.
