Display shows ERR when attempting to set temperature or time; oven may not start the selected function.

Safety note: This is often a user input issue but can indicate keypad failure.

• Clear and retry: Press CLEAR/OFF to reset the control. Enter the desired function again following the sequence in the user manual (e.g., BAKE → temperature → START).
• Check for stuck keys: Gently press each key to ensure none are stuck. Clean the panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Power reset: Turn off power at the breaker for 1–2 minutes, then restore. This can clear minor control logic errors.
• Replace keypad if needed: If ERR appears whenever certain keys are pressed, the touchpad/keypad assembly is likely defective and should be replaced.

If multiple keys fail or random ERR messages appear, the electronic control board may also require replacement.
