Possible Causes

No pan on zone, Non-induction compatible cookware, Pan not centered, Pan too small for zone

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the glass is cool before handling cookware.

  • Use correct cookware: Place a flat-bottomed, magnetic pan on the zone. Test with a magnet; it should stick firmly to the base.
  • Center the pan: Align the pan with the center of the cooking zone marking.
  • Try a larger pan: If using a small pot, switch to a larger pan that meets the minimum diameter specified in the manual.
  • Test other zones: If E0 appears only on one zone with known-good cookware, the pan detection circuit for that zone may be failing and the power module may need replacement.

E0 is often normal behavior when no suitable pan is detected and does not always indicate a fault.
