• Inspect connectors: Look for bent pins, corrosion, or signs of overheating. Clean lightly with contact cleaner if needed.
• Check strain relief: Ensure the harness is not under tension or rubbing against sharp metal edges.
• Board isolation: If reseating does not help, substitute a known-good UI or power board (if available) to determine which board is at fault, then replace the defective one.
