Possible Causes
Faulty PCB-mounted temperature sensor, poor thermal contact to heatsink, defective control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect from mains before removing covers.
- Cooling check: Ensure the cooling fan and airflow are adequate as described in previous induction faults.
- Inspect heatsink sensor: On the power module, locate the small NTC sensor attached to the heatsink. Confirm it is firmly attached and its wires are intact.
- Board replacement: If the sensor is integrated into the PCB and cannot be replaced separately, the entire module or control board will need replacement.
