Cooktop controls unresponsive, but power indicator or some lights are on

Safety first: Ensure all heating zones are off and the surface is cool.

• Disable control lock: Press and hold the lock key or designated key combination for several seconds to unlock the controls (refer to user manual).
• Dry the surface: Wipe the touch area with a dry cloth to remove moisture or spills. Allow to air dry.
• Power reset: Turn off power at the breaker for a few minutes, then restore and test.
• Board replacement: If certain keys never respond while others do, the touch control board may be defective and require replacement.

Note: Avoid placing hot pans over the touch controls; excessive heat can damage the electronics.
