E0
Bertazzoni
No Pot Detected / Pan Absent Error
Induction cooktop displays E0 on one or more zones, no heating
Advertisements
Possible Causes
No cookware on zone, Non-induction-compatible cookware, Pan too small or off-center, Faulty pan detection circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the glass surface is clean and dry.
- Place suitable cookware: Put a flat-bottomed, magnetic pan on the zone. The base should cover most of the cooking area.
- Center the pan: Adjust the pan so it is centered over the zone marking.
- Clean the glass: Wipe the zone with a soft cloth to remove spills or residue that may affect detection.
- Test with another pan: Try a different known-compatible pan. If E0 persists only on one zone, the induction coil or sensor for that zone may be defective and require replacement.
Note: Thin or lightweight pans may not be detected reliably at low power settings.
