• Measure supply voltage: Have a qualified electrician verify that the supply voltage at the terminal block is within the specified range under load.
• Inspect wiring: Confirm that line, neutral, and ground are connected according to the Bertazzoni wiring diagram. Correct any miswiring.
• Tighten connections: Ensure all terminal screws are tight and that there is no discoloration or heat damage.
• Module check: If supply is correct and E4 persists, the internal power supply on the induction module may be defective and require replacement.

Note: Undervoltage can be caused by undersized wiring or overloaded circuits; correct these issues to prevent recurrence.
