How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before removing the control panel.
- Clean and dry: Wipe the panel with a dry cloth. If it was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry fully.
- Power reset: Turn the breaker OFF for 1–2 minutes, then back ON to reset the control.
- Inspect connections: Remove the rear control cover and reseat the ribbon cable between the touch panel and control board.
- Replace UI: If certain keys never respond or the panel is cracked, replace the glass touch control panel or user interface board assembly.
