Gas surface burner flame is uneven, yellow, or noisy

• Adjust air shutter: Some Café burners have adjustable air shutters under the cooktop. Slightly open or close the shutter to achieve a steady blue flame.
• Call gas professional: If flames remain yellow or noisy, have a qualified technician check gas pressure and orifice sizing.
