Safety first: Ensure cookware and glass surface are cool before handling. Disconnect power before internal inspection.

Try different cookware: Use a flat-bottom, induction-compatible pan that matches the zone size.
Center the pan: Make sure the pan is centered over the zone marking. Off-center pans can cause cycling.
Clear vents: Check that the cooling vents are not blocked and that the cooktop has proper clearance underneath as specified for Café models.
Monitor fan: Listen for the cooling fan. If the fan is not running, the induction module may overheat and cycle off.
Service module: If behavior persists with proper cookware and ventilation, the induction power module may be failing and should be replaced.
