Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker. Capacitors on the control board may retain charge; avoid touching bare circuitry.

- Inspect wiring: Remove the rear control panel cover and verify all line (L1), neutral, and ground connections to the EOC are tight and not discolored or burned.
- Check for visible damage: Look for burnt spots, cracked solder joints, or bulging components on the control board. Any such signs indicate replacement is needed.
- Replace EOC: Order the correct Danby electronic oven control using the full model number. Transfer wires one at a time from old to new board, matching terminal labels.
