• Check coil mounting: From the underside, verify that the induction coil is firmly fixed to the glass with its central sensor in correct position. Tighten any loose mounting screws carefully without overtightening.
• Inspect wiring: Ensure the sensor wires (if separate from the main coil leads) are intact and properly connected to the power module.

Advanced: If all mechanical and wiring checks are fine, the pan detection circuitry on the power module is likely defective and the module should be replaced.
