Safety first: Isolate the appliance from mains power before removing any panels.

• Check which functions fail: Try conventional bake, grill, and fan-forced modes. Note which modes do not heat; this points to the specific element (bottom, top/grill, or circular fan element).
• Access elements: Remove the rear panel of the cooker. Identify the circular convection element around the fan, the lower bake element, and the upper grill element. Look for burn marks, breaks, or bulging.
• Test continuity: Disconnect one wire from each suspect element and measure resistance with a multimeter. A typical element will read between 20–60 Ω. Infinite resistance indicates a failed element.
• Inspect terminals: Check for loose spade connectors or heat-damaged wiring. Clean and tighten connections as needed.
• Replace failed element: Remove mounting screws from inside the oven cavity (for circular element) or from below/above for bottom/top elements. Fit the new DeLonghi-compatible element, ensuring correct routing of wires and secure connections.
• Control board check: If all elements test good but F03 persists, the heating relay or triac on the main control board may be defective. This repair is best handled by a qualified technician.
