Possible Causes

Failed low-voltage transformer or switching supply on control board, Blown internal fuse feeding lights and fans, Loose neutral connection to oven accessories, Faulty main control board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power before removing the rear or top panels. Internal wiring carries live voltage.

  • Check oven light bulb: Replace the oven lamp with a known-good bulb of the correct type. If the new bulb does not light, continue diagnosis.
  • Inspect internal fuses: Some DeLonghi ranges have separate fuses for lights and fans on the control board or wiring harness. Check and replace any blown fuses with the exact same rating.
  • Verify neutral connections: Ensure the neutral wire at the terminal block and on the accessory circuits is secure and not burnt.
  • Test fan motor: Disconnect the convection or cooling fan and test it with an appropriate external power source (only if you are qualified to do so). If the motor runs, the issue is upstream in the supply.
  • Control board replacement: If the low-voltage supply on the control board has failed (no output to lights/fans), the main control board will need replacement by a technician.
