Oven light does not work, but oven heats normally.

Safety first: Turn off power before replacing the lamp. Glass covers can be hot.

• Replace bulb: Unscrew the glass lens inside the oven and replace the bulb with a high-temperature oven lamp of the correct wattage and base type.
• Check door switch: If the light never comes on, even when the door is open, test the door switch for continuity.

Do not use standard household bulbs; they are not rated for oven temperatures.
