Oven does not heat at all, no error code displayed, control appears normal

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before accessing rear panels or terminal block.

• Check power supply: Verify full voltage at the range terminal block. A missing leg can cause lights and controls to work but no heat.
• Inspect thermal cutoff: Locate the high-limit thermostat or thermal fuse on the rear of the oven cavity. Test for continuity; replace if open.
• Test elements: Check bake and broil elements for continuity. Replace any open element.
• Control board: If power, safety devices, and elements are good, the control board may not be sending power to the elements and will likely need replacement.
