How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool.
- Inspect fan:
- Remove the rear interior panel of the oven to access the convection fan.
- Check for obstructions and spin the blade by hand; it should move freely.
- Test motor:
- Access the motor from the rear of the range and test for continuity.
- If open or seized, replace the convection fan motor.
- Control relay:
- If the motor is good, the convection relay on the EOC may be faulty; replace the electronic oven control board.
