F95 displayed; oven may not enter or exit self-clean properly

Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker.

• Inspect lock switches:
  • Access the door lock assembly and identify the position switches.
  • Use a multimeter to verify that the switches change state when the lock is fully open and fully closed.
  • If they do not operate correctly, replace the door lock motor assembly (switches are usually integrated).
• Check linkage adjustment:
  • Ensure the lock arm and linkage are correctly aligned and not bent.
  • Adjust or replace bent components.
• Control board:
  • If mechanical parts and switches are good, the EOC may be misreading lock position; replace the electronic oven control board.
