Possible Causes
Incorrect or corrupted control configuration, Failed electronic oven control, Loose harness between user interface and power board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing.
- Power reset: Turn breaker OFF for 10 minutes, then ON. Sometimes this clears transient configuration errors.
- Check wiring between boards:
- On models with separate user interface and power boards, remove the control panel and inspect the harness between them.
- Reseat connectors and look for bent pins or corrosion.
- Control replacement: If F15 persists, the EOC or UI board is likely defective. Replace the electronic oven control (or both UI and power board if sold as a kit).
